Modern Meyor is an architecture and design bureau in Tashkent. We design residential, commercial and civic buildings and carry them through to delivery, staying with the site down to the last detail.

Three principles the work rests on
The project begins with the site
Orientation, terrain, neighbouring buildings and code shape the form before taste does. We start from the constraints and turn them into the solution.
Documentation over visualisation
Nobody builds a beautiful render. They build from drawings — so the bulk of our work goes into a set that leaves no open questions on site.
Responsibility through to handover
Author supervision is not an add-on but part of the design. We control geometry and materials, because quality is lost precisely between the drawing and the wall.
